Just going through the motions. (probably)
Aggie is aware enough to be nervous now. When she was sick, she was not this way. She was too tired, too confused to be nervous...
So last night,
we did some nervous baking together:
Chocolate always helps :)
This morning, she is still nervous. Not about the results, but about her least favorite part: waking up with the IV in her. They give her gas first so she doesn't even know when she gets it- this is a HUGE improvement from her first MRI. The IV poke then was an enormous, horrible wrestling match.
We prayed for her around the breakfast table today while she snuggled in my arms.
"Jesus, help Aggie be brave for her test today."
And me too, Jesus, help me be brave at test-result time.
God has been faithful, and He will be faithful, in any kind of future.
